Copywriting templates for online entrepreneurs
You’ve got an email list full of leads. A polished offer. An updated sales page. Maybe you even threw some ads in the mix, you go-getter you.
You’re walking into this launch feeling like you really have your shiz together this time. Until you look up from your fourth cup of coffee and color-coded to-do list and realize…
You still have to write your emails. For every phase of the launch. Starting, like, yesterday. 😭
Launch Email Library is a complete launch email system — strategy, templates, and tools for every phase of your launch — so that mid-cart email never sneaks up on you again.
ugh.
Sure, some get written early. Your open cart announcement… the last-day email… those are obvious, and easy enough to churn out.
But the in-between emails? The objection busters? The one that’s supposed to share your story in a way that magically connects with buyers AND establishes your authority? Those are written one by one, on the go, usually in a mild panic with at least three different beverages on your desk to keep you going.
And the whole time you’re wondering: Am I saying the right things? Is this too many emails? Not enough? Are people just going to unsubscribe? Why does this feel like starting from scratch every single time?
Launch emails just have this way of getting pushed to the very bottom of our to-do list, because everything else feels more urgent, more concrete, more “done”.
Write the sales page? You can get that done in an afternoon and check it off the list. Plan, write, and schedule a full launch email campaign? That’s a whole other beast — one most of us would rather just ignore in favor of writing emails on the fly.
Most online entrepreneurs are launching on vibes and crossed fingers, because nobody really teaches you this. You sort of just… figure it out. Or don’t.
You know email works. You’ve heard it five gazillion times by now — “it’s the only platform you own, and the most powerful sales channel available to you.” But when it comes to actually planning a launch email campaign? The general strategy tends to be: send something and hope you’re not missing anything important.
The Launch Email Library exists so that ‘send something and hope’ is never your strategy again.
If Ken’s job is Beach, mine is Emails.
As a copywriter, messaging strategist, and launch manager, I’ve spent the last decade working behind the scenes of well over a hundred launches — my own, and my clients’ — including campaigns for multi-six figure and seven-figure businesses.
As in, writing the emails for a $103,000 launch. And coordinating a client’s best launch ever, after 13 years in business, at a time when everyone else was trying to figure out how to even grab attention online.
I’m not sharing any of that to impress you. It’s context; because every single one of those launches ran on the exact system you’re getting access to inside the Launch Email Library, in a self-serve format.
IT’S TIME FOR YOU TO MEET…
A true lending library of resources to help you write all the emails for your upcoming launch (and the next one, and the next one) — organized by launch phase, built around your specific offer, and designed to be pulled off the shelf whenever you need it.
This is so much more than just a bundle of templates. You’re getting absolutely everything I reach for when I plan and run an email launch for a client: the strategy and the shortcuts.
There’s a whole section of short video lessons on how to think about your launch, so you’re making decisions on purpose instead of guessing.
You’ll find lessons on the mistakes that tank launches (and how to avoid them), nailing your messaging, mapping your phases and working out how many emails to actually send, and — my personal favorite — getting geeky with the data, deliverability, and segmenting that change your open and click rates.
Better still, it all starts by helping you tailor everything to what you’re launching — a course, a service, a membership, a digital product, even a flash sale. (Yep, there’s a whole lesson for that. This was never going to be one-size-fits-all.)
Before you write a single email, you need to know what you’re actually trying to say — and to whom. The Launch Messaging Manager is where all of that gets out of your head and onto paper, with proper sales psychology built in.
It’s the same framework I work through with my 1:1 clients (the ones who pay me $3,000+) before I write a word of their launch — so you’ll get clear on your offer’s benefits (not just its features), your audience’s objections, your positioning, and your proof, all in one place. Fill it in once and the emails get so much faster to write.
And it’s not only an email thing — your sales page, your webinar, your social posts all get easier once this is done. (You can even hand the finished one-pager to a copywriter, a VA, or a designer helping you out.)
Email templates for every phase of your launch: pre-launch warm-up, open cart, mid-launch, and close cart.
Each one comes with multiple subject line options, fill-in-the-blank copy you can make your own, and a strategy note telling you what the email is doing and why. Use one, use all of them, or land somewhere in between — then come back for them next launch, too.
Tell it what you’re launching, your dates, and how much bandwidth you’ve actually got, and it maps out exactly what to send and when — so you’re not making that call at 10pm the night before. (Yes, it’s a GPT. Yes, it’s the thing people DM me to gush about.)
Want to start from something done-for-you instead? There are sample schedules on the shelf too — mapped out for 5-day, 7-day, and 10–14-day launches — so you can grab one, tweak it, and go.
50+ subject line formulas grouped by type — curiosity, FOMO, personal, story-driven, and more — plus tips for writing lines people actually open, without sounding like you’re desperately fishing for a click. (Even if, let’s be honest, you kind of are.)
A tracker and reflection guide for after the cart closes, so every launch teaches you something the next one can use. It’s coming as a free update, and as a buyer it’ll show up on your shelf automatically the day it lands. (One of the perks of getting your library card early.)
Let's talk pricing
When you buy today, you get instant access to everything in the Library: the training, the templates, the tools, and all future updates as I add to it. (And I do plan to keep adding — evergreen funnels and more are on the roadmap.)
And yes, this really is the exact same strategy and system I use with clients who pay me $3,000+ to write their launch campaigns for them — and you can rinse and repeat for every launch you run from here on out!
So much goodness in the trainings, and I sent my first launch email this past Saturday with an awesome reply rate. They love the offer and actually read the email! I’m using it to prep for my launch in 2 weeks, and working on some Black Friday offers.”
I wonder if you got a spidey-tingle when we used your Launch Email Scheduler GPT this afternoon? Because it’s THE BEST GPT I’ve ever tried! WOWZA!!!”
"But what about..."
Courses, services, group programs, memberships, digital products — it doesn’t matter, the system adapts. Whether you’re launching to a list of 200 or 20,000, running a 5-day launch or a 3-week one, sending daily or every few days — there’s a version of this that works for your offer and your energy level.
And if you’re not launching right now? That’s cool, too. This is genuinely one of those things that’s worth having before you need it.
Pop in when a launch starts taking shape. Work through the Messaging Manager while the ideas are fresh. Map your schedule with the tool. Pull up a template when you sit down to write. The Library is organized so you can find exactly what you need, without sifting through anything you don’t.
This isn’t some complicated course with a ton of modules you have to work through before you get to the good stuff. It’s a full library-style system, designed for you to check things out here and there whenever you need — with no due dates or late fees, either.
Absolutely. Whether you have a list of thousands or a couple hundred, this system gives you the tools you need to start making email marketing work harder for you. And as your list grows, you can just keep coming back and refining your strategy!
Courses, digital products, services, group programs, memberships — the templates and training cover all of it. There’s even a dedicated lesson on how to adapt your approach based on what you’re selling, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all thing.
Nope — that’s the whole point of the Messaging Manager. It pulls your offer and your voice out first, so you’re filling in a strategy, not copying a swipe file the entire internet is also using. Templates give you the structure; you give them the you.
I like your bluntness 😂. Look, if this were just templates, I’d be right there with you. But the templates are one shelf in the Library. You’re also getting a ton of tools — the Messaging Manager, Scheduling GPT, Subject Line Cheat Sheet — plus video trainings, plus every update I add from here on out. This is a full launch system — the templates are just the part you can see from the door 😉.
You sure can! But it’s just going to spit out some sentences it thinks you want to hear. ChatGPT (or any AI tool, for that matter) can’t make decisions like what to send and when, figure out which objection each email needs to bust, or know your offer and your voice well enough to sound like you instead of every other AI-written launch email hitting inboxes right now. Those aren’t writing problems — they’re decision problems. The Library hands you the decisions; you (or yes, ChatGPT) can handle the typing.
If you plan to launch anything in the next year, yes. The price will increase as I add to it, and you’ll have the whole Library ready when you need it — instead of scrambling to pull together a system when the launch is already live. (Ask me how I know that’s not fun.)
Not in this version — the Library is currently focused on launch sequences from pre-launch through close cart. Evergreen content is on my list for future updates. As a buyer, you automatically get access when those updates roll out.
Still works. I define a launch as a set window where you’re promoting an offer, no bells and whistles necessary. If that’s what you’ve got going on, this system applies! You just pick the emails that make sense for your plan and leave the rest on the shelf.
The Launch Email Library includes updated, expanded versions of the training from CWLE — plus a lot more: 25+ templates, the Scheduling Tool, the Messaging Manager, the Subject Line Cheat Sheet, and the Debrief Kit. If you already own CWLE, think of this as a meaningful upgrade.
You’ve worked too hard on the offer to leave the emails to chance.
The Launch Email Library gives you the full system — strategy, templates, and tools — so you can show up for your launch with a real plan.
Know what to send, when to send it, with emails that actually sound like you and move people to buy.
